What graphic tool do you use for Linux layout?

Hello! I am only learning HTML and CSS. I have a question, what graphical tool do you use for layout under Linux? All people basically say use Figma and some use Adobe XD. And only a few advise Sketch. Because I don't have OSX. I'm using Ubuntu as well as the Visual Studio Code editor. I want to learn practical things in advance so that later on freelancing I won’t be stupid. What are the main UI/UX tools used by freelance layout designers?
Tried to work with Photoshop. But it is very slow when I open complex layouts.

Figma, and only Figma: on Linux, MacOS and Windows.
