What graph database should be used to build ontologies based on data from DBpedia?

How to build an ontological dictionary based on data from Wikipedia? To build a dictionary, you can use dumps from WikiData ( https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Database_do... or DBpedia.
I need an ontological dictionary for use in information retrieval (elimination of homonymy, hierarchical data clustering based on ontology and the main thing is to determine the relationship between objects)
I think it will be correct if everything is located in a non-relational graph database, because the data structure will look like a recurrent semantic network. The database will store both uly and information about the properties of the links.
