What good free php courses are there?

I'm starting to learn php and I need good and free courses.

Koterov's books and so on are still too complicated for me, I think you first need to have some experience, and then read books and delve into the language.

Forget courses!
Until you learn to read books, programming is not for you at all.

If Koterov's books are complicated, then you should start with the basics of programming and algorithms. Here the language no longer plays a special role. You open Google and there "programming for dummies", well, or something like that =)))
