What glue to glue the rubber gasket under the key?

The rubber lining, which is located under the key, was worn out, I replaced it with another one from the old keyboard, but now there is a problem: due to the fact that it is not glued, it can slide off, or “turn inside out” when pressed sharply. I tried to glue it with a “moment”, but it doesn’t hold well, it sticks well to the keyboard, but to the elastic band it practically doesn’t and doesn’t hold for long.
What glue can be used in this situation to hold both rubber and plastic?
Buying a new keyboard is not an option, it is non-removable for the Asus x550cc and you can unsolder it from the case and solder it again - that's another hemorrhoid when it's easier to re-glue the rubber band.

Double-sided tape holds, but again, it depends on the gum - there are those that do not stick with anything at all, what kind of glue is it at the factory.
