What Get request should be sent to the site server?

My friend sent a letter on the site find-bride.com (dating site), while sending it threw a get request to the site server. The server gave him an error-response, in which the logins and passwords of both users and other details of the correspondence were indicated. Attached a photo of the received answer
My question:
1. What request did he send?
2. Is it possible to repeat this?
3. Is it possible to fix this?
