What game engine is Cossacks 3 based on?

Dear friends, explain on what game engine the newly-made game "Cossacks 3" is written.
The developers themselves are not recognized "at gunpoint".
I would like to know as much information as possible about the components of the game.

There is no engine as such.
Everything is written from scratch, according to their tasks.
An outdated language is used, such as Pascal (even the syntax is the same), perhaps some kind of branch.
OpenGL - and all that follows.
