What free dns-hosting do you recommend for raising a mailbox on your domain?

There is a domain registered in 2domains.

I want to raise mail like <name>@<my domain>. For example, through pdd.yandex. To verify domain ownership, I need dns hosting, right? Are there free hostings suitable for this purpose?

Both pdd.yandex.ru and biz.mail.ru have free DNS hosting.
