What frameworks would you recommend for writing a functional blog?

Hello, I want to write a blog. I can’t decide which framework to choose, as there are a lot of them. I would like something fresher. I know PHP well, and before that I wrote on such a framework as F3 (fat-free framework) and a little bit of Laravel.
And at the same time I am good at Node JS, but still prefer PHP for sales, as hosting is easier to deal with.
Why not on f3 ? The people at the toaster found a lot of shitty code in there, and besides, it's pretty old.
Laravel? I think it is too big for a blog, and it will gobble up a lot of resources to start some kind of blog.
Question! What frameworks would you recommend specifically for writing a blog?
I plan to write a lot of features such as adding a comment, creating users, nc, etc.
And then, at the request of the customer and from his requirements, either disable this feature or remove it altogether.
Modular development.
I would like to write on a stable, developing, not lagging behind framework.
If I'm wrong about Laravel, please correct me.
Thank you!

Write on what you know, especially since you know Laravel
Yes, there is a lighter framework, but Laravel is not a heavyweight.
