What frameworks do sites like csgofast use?

I myself am a little familiar with front: Vue; back: laravel, codeigniter, symfony. Apparently, such sites are made mainly using front-end frames, and I would like to know on which ones? Why? What are the differences? And which js framework is better to use when?
It is unlikely that they write everything from scratch, there is clearly some kind of frame, backing and js, and their css is visible, since the site from the example is not responsive.
It is likely that the main Vue, Node, React, Angular and others will be considered. Links to benchmarks, and a description of what's better when are welcome.
