What framework to use for cross platform audio player?

I need an audio player with some specific features for linux, win, mac and android.
Since I didn’t find a ready-made one, I’m thinking of writing it myself.
I would like a relatively simple work with sound and UI.
It is unlikely that the player will be very popular, therefore, for example, it will suit if at the beginning it will be necessary to install the framework / vm on the device, and then the application, if this simplifies development.
What do you advise?
