What framework to choose for spa?

I am looking for a good framework for Node.js (I don’t consider express) to create a blog. The presence of an admin panel will be a plus, but not critical.
Criteria:

1. application - spa
   
2. operating system - windows
   
3. base - mongo
   
4. templating engine - on the frontend

Why does a relational framework (blog) need mongo?
This is a very niche document-oriented DBMS, not for ordinary applications.
