What folder is default-jdk in?
Good day, I started learning java, I'm working on mint distribution on oc linux, I'm reading Horstman's book, it says go to the jdk/bin folder and unpack the standard library from the src.zip archive, installed by default, "sudo apt-get install defaul- jdk" in which folder is this thing located? I just can’t find it, I searched through the search for folders, but not in one of those there is no bin and even more so src.zip, I really count on you, thanks in advance.

Do not listen to those who in debian/ubuntu/mint _not_ _advise_ you to install from the package, you will get more problems, and you will mess up the system.
If you installed it from a package, then do "update-alternatives --config java" , the command output will contain the path you need.
