File managers

What file manager under Windows do you use?

Such a question: what is the best file manager? Not for the sake of holivar, purely for pragmatic reasons.
The problem is this:
I have Total Commander and Filezila, both have their pros and cons, I would like something universal.
Important parameters for me:
Ability to resume files when the connection is interrupted and resumed
Total Commander: No
Filezilla: Yes (and in general Filezilla is somehow more stable, total throws a disconnect message on any sneeze)
Ability to see how much was downloaded from and where, how much is left:
Filezilla : Yes
Total Commander: Yes, but very inconvenient, the quantity is not specified, etc.
When you click on a file in the context menu, the "Open with" item
Total Commander: Yes
Filezilla: No
Group operations (for example, rename by template)
Total Commander: Yes
Filezilla: No (at least I didn't find it)
The last point is not very important. If Filezilla will be able to do "Open with", then this will be enough for me.
Therefore, the question is: is it possible to customize Filezilla so that it can do all this. Or maybe there is some file manager with such functionality. And it is inconvenient to jump from one manager to another.

I am using Total Commander. Working with FTP is not fundamental for me, for rare tasks, the client built into Total Commander is enough.
These are different tasks and different programs. FileZilla is not a file manager. This is a good FTP client.
And Total Commander is an excellent file manager and a good FTP client.
