What experts sit on Habré and on what topics can you ask questions?

Hello!
Why when I ask questions about networks, about Microsoft, other people about websites and education - there are answers from 4 to 12. And for questions about programming, Unreal Engine, Blender, 3D modeling and printing, one answer appears, or even at all 3-4 comments. What topics are often discussed on the toaster and where to turn for detailed explanations on program topics? Tell me please!!!

If you speak at least a little English, then take a look here: https://stackexchange.com/sites

As far as I understand, there are no " specialists who sit on Habré ". The same people answer as those who ask.
It was like this for me. At first I came to Toaster from search results, i.e. with the filing of Google / Yandex. He became interested, began to regularly view within the framework of his own interests. I found that many of the answers (from my technical point of view and at the level of my own knowledge) are inaccurate or incomplete, and first began to supplement with comments, and then answer. And only after that, when necessary, he began to ask questions himself.
As for "what topics you can ask about" - as already written above, take a look at the list of tags, there is a great variety.
If you will spud the Toaster according to my example, immediately set up your "My feed" by removing all tags from it, the subject matter of which is clearly not yours. If this is not done, then daily viewing of the full tape will be too burdensome.
