What esoteric programming language is suitable for creating songs, vocal cycles and operas?

Good afternoon. My name is Dmitry. I have a higher musical education.
My task (an end in itself) is to develop a new composition technique. Simply put, the technique of composition is the principle of organizing sounds. You need to write a melody and sing it in some esoteric programming language. Because music uses numbers in one form or another, the song and arrangement "should" and can be written on machine principles. To begin with, let's imagine that there are not 12 sounds in an octave, but 8, 10 or 16. These are number systems, with the exception of binary, since two sounds are not enough to build a melody.
PS - heard Gershwin's Summertime opera aria in Lojban, as well as a "rap" composition. I did not like it and not what is needed in this case. Most likely, an experiment in the field of modern academic music is needed.

The level of understanding you have of your own question is illustrated by the fact that Lojban is not a programming language. It is a language for communication. Like Japanese, for example.
And never again tell anyone that you won't use the binary number system, because "two sounds are not enough to build a melody." If you follow your musical logic, then the decimal system is not enough to count up to 100.
Get out of your head fantasies on a topic in which you do not understand anything at all, and listen to the answer of the person who could guess what you really need - MIDI.

There is a fairly popular DSL, though far from esoteric, but generally accepted. It's called "stave". In addition, there are several of its dialects, such as "tablature".
You can compile using your hands (lips, feet, teeth, nails, to taste), an orchestra, or programs like Final or Sibelius.
