How to become Middle after Junior and Senior after Middle?

How long do I need to work in an organization to become a Middle if I am now a Junior?
And how long do you have to wait to change your status to Senior developer?
Thanks

I saw people who for 5 years in the "organization" so stopped in development that they remained just like they were juniors.
Junior - solves standard problems without questions with minor risks.
Middle - solves non-standard tasks with high risks. Standard makes faster and with fewer bugs.
Signer - solves non-standard tasks with minor risks, that is, fewer bugs. Can manage people or projects from a technical point of view.
Here, guess.

if you work hard, then in a year you can rise from junior to senior, it’s more a matter of experience and perseverance, but you just need to work actively in your specialty

Everything depends on you.
Specifically, on how quickly you will learn (including on your own at home from books, courses, etc.) and what tasks you will solve. I'm talking about the real level. You have to work, and a lot. And so, for long service (if you just sit and wait), you can at least be assigned the status of an architect, though it will not mean anything.
