Is it possible to connect two private (one-story) houses via wi-fi if there is ~ 100 meters between them and there is no direct line of sight due to forest plantation? If yes, what equipment to choose?

100 meters?! Pull out the cable.
In this scenario, well, it is very unlikely that you will succeed in a wifi channel that is not expensive (if it works at all).
