What equipment is better to choose for a mini-office?

Hello, one of my friends asked me to set up a Wi-Fi network in his office + warehouse.
He has:
1) Yota 4G router-modem
2) HP laserjet 1132 MFP printer
He asked me to:
1) Buy a router so that wi-fi works both in the office and in the warehouse
2) The printer must work via wi-fi
3) It needs to be done FTP server so that it works both outside and inside
4) Configure the router so that it works in conjunction with the yota modem
I thought a little and decided that in principle all this can be done without a server (My technical knowledge is minimal (1 course after all) so I just I will write how I thought to arrange everything.I
decided that 4 components are needed to implement the plan:
1) Router
2) Hard drive
3) Print server
After searching the Internet, I realized that I need a router with 2 USB interfaces and found ASUS RT-N56U.
In general, could you advise how best to arrange the network and are there any other options?

Wi-FI, like any other radio network, always needs to start designing based on the number of clients, size and coverage conditions.
The office and the warehouse are one point, the more you will cover the router vryatli.
And so you need, any normal router with 2-usb, with support for printer server and usb-modem functions, NAS for 2 disks with raid1 and ftp functions.
Well, in addition, access points from an average calculation of 1 for 3 adjacent office rooms, 1 for 300m2 of a warehouse, you will have to run around with the analyzer to listen to the air.
In general, it is desirable to hook everything stationary on a wire.

There is a print server in the router, in fact, as well as support for file storage.
It is better to choose a router with an external antenna. Even the cheapest one will provide good coverage.
And since it's an office and a warehouse, try to make the most of Ethernet
Here it just takes 1 usb. There were routers with built-in 3 / 4G.

I would recommend you pay attention to the Ubiquiti UniFi AP PRO access point

If there is no critical data there, then you can ftp on an external hosting, and choose a router with print server support out of the box. Only the wired Internet still needs to be done, and 4g for the reserve is the first.
