What network equipment to choose for a CCTV camera system?

Hello! In the course of work, I ran into the following problem.
At the university where I work, there are about 60 Prestel cameras . They work on the local network. But you can also connect to them "outside". Cameras are needed so that students and other users can connect to them for remote monitoring of lectures. However, the network bandwidth does not allow a large number of students to connect. It is limited to 1 Gbps . And from each camera goes within 5 Mbps . We already use a solution in the form of a service RTSP.ME. The stream from the cameras goes there in HTML5. However, this is not enough, and my superiors require me to diversify the flow of cameras. An "external" server is supposed to be used.
Question: What are the possible solutions to this problem? Collect a virtual machine in Yandex.Cloud or in another service? What then parameters of a virtualka it is necessary to pick up?

Buy Trasir. or put a server at your place or a cloud one. everything is already there inside
Either it is banal to give the user a sub stream from the cameras, and not the main one
For cameras in 2mp, 2000kb \ s per camera will be enough. what is enough in reserve for your gigabit

What is meant by "diversify"?
You do not have enough channel width, do not have enough output formats?
I don’t know how relevant it is now, you can make an rtsp to rtmp converter and broadcast everything on youtube or similar platforms.
