What equipment for the block system to assemble?

I decided to assemble a system unit based on a thin mini-itx case.
Tasks: coding (working with Jetbrains products), browser with 100 tabs, office, etc. And so that it doesn’t slow down at all when indexing the project and hundreds of open browser tabs.
What exactly determined:
- motherboard: Asus Prime H310T, because there are no others for the 8th generation of processors in the required form factor.
What I doubt:
- CPU: i5-8400 / i5-8600K / i7-8700 / i7-8700K. Is i7 worth it? Is it necessary to take with K or without K enough?
- RAM: 2 sticks of 16 GB, but I don't know which manufacturer and what frequency. Is it worth chasing 2666 Mhz, or I won’t notice the difference from 2400.
- SSD: rather Samsung 970 Evo series 250GB M.2 PCIe 3.0 x4 V-NAND TLC - in terms of speed / quality / guarantee, as I understand it, the most optimal.
Thank you!

I use i5-8600K, 2 sticks of 8GB 2400 Mhz CL16, Samsung Evo 960 250 Gb
When working with PhpStorm + Chrome + Adobe package, I don’t feel any slowdowns or dullness, projects are indexed well, nothing freezes.
Although I don’t open 100 tabs, of course, but 50-60 are quite.

Is it worth it to overpay for i7

If your budget allows, why not?
No need. You won't chase
Crucial, if the budget is enough. Kingston/Hynix - if not
hardly notice
