What engine can be used to make an IM like citilink.ru?

I want to make an online store for computer equipment, I really like the site https://www.citilink.ru/, I would like to do something similar, tell me, on what engine can I make such a site and how much can it cost?
What are the pitfalls?
Who can make such a site?
Unfortunately, I have no expertise in creating IM, I want to understand everything.

Citylink is definitely on Bitrix, at least it was before.
This can be done on any cms - prestashop, opencart, etc.
A site like citylink will definitely cost a lot.
I would recommend not referring to it when ordering. Say that you just need an online store.

The development of IM of this scale is carried out as it is right by the whole teams (studios) of development, the cost exceeds 500 tr. and periods of more than six months.
The most protracted and active stage is just not the creation of alpha, but support and finishing.
The above studios will choose Bitrix as a base with 99% probability.
Trying to create such a store on (God forgive me) opencart is a shot in the foot and a waste of money and time. There were only a few operating IMs on opencart, and more than 80% of the source code was rewritten there. The main problem of almost all freelance store engines is that they do not withstand loads, they do not know how to use smart filters and search engine optimization (almost 3 key criteria for a successful store).

If there are 1000+ products, you need filters and smart search plus a limited budget - this is a direct trip to the Bitrix marketplace and choosing a typical development there, which has more installations and good reviews.
Everything else will turn into a 90% rework, a lot of time and money.
