What email service do you recommend?

Hello, advise a service like StandartSend.ru (it doesn't work for me for some reason). I have my own email databases, which are constantly changing. Therefore, I don’t need a topic with subscribers, or even with any statistics. We need a stupidly safe mailing list, without feedback. What do you advise?

mailchimp and his mandrill.com for transactional gemoras are
the least approvable, and a good percentage of delivery
