notepad++. And what, when typesetting on divs, do they use some special editors? :)
And my assistant Komodo likes it. In it, it burns both on DIVs and on tables and on JavaScript ... :)

if something is quickly fixed on ftp, etc. - Notepad++ (binded to F4 in TC)
I use NetBeans for everything. If you need to quickly fix something that Notepad++ or Vim
I also use textmate and php programming

Notepad 2 and Notepad ++ - the latter more often, it opens files faster
E Text Editor , super thing.
I even remembered a story about how he helped me out. One fine day, something happened to the screw, and some of the files successfully turned into krakozyabry, including all my projects (yes, it’s my own fault, I didn’t keep backups). I remember that I was terribly upset, downloaded all sorts of “recoveries”, it didn’t help, after which I went into E out of grief, opened one of the damaged files, poked “Ctrl + Z”, and, oddly enough, it worked! That's why miracles happen ;)
For Windows:
- I advise RJTextEdit - with the right settings, you can immediately see the result in IE and FF. In terms of goodies: you can’t find cooler ones - built-in validation, auto-formatting, block editing, pop-up tag endings and much more.
For Linux:
- gedit with plugins.
