What e-wallet to use for remote work?

I was offered a remote job. The company is located in another country (I'm in Russia, the employer is Thailand).
What is the best way to make money transfers? I want to consider two options:
1) without registering any individual entrepreneurs, self-employment, paying taxes
2) with all of the above The

employer suggests using Yandex.Money. I looked, there will be taken 6% for a tax deduction, sort of. But that's a lot!
I read about Payoneer, but this year they have some problems, either they banned cards there, or something else.

Tell me, please, what are the best e-wallets to consider and more profitable? Without any special gestures, since it is difficult to go somewhere with the current epidemic.

After receiving the transfer to the electronic wallet, I will transfer money to the card (Tinkoff).

I beg you to paint the two options that I described above, and all the nuances with wallets.

Lol. When the tax authorities take for ass (even for freelance pennies), they will take much more.
Take the POISON and don't vibrate.

I live in UKRAINE and even while living here I opted for Yandex.Money. Unfortunately, payments with PayPal do not work for us, I think it would be more convenient for you, as a resident of the Russian Federation, to receive dollars from Thailand in dollars, and not in rubles. And as for me, if I were you, I would use Yandex and not fool myself)) proven service for years!

Cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin, Ethereum. You can also consider TRON, DOGE, Minter and others. Today - the easiest way to transfer money around the world. Even if someone does not have a crypt, you can easily exchange it back and forth. There are a lot of exchanges, exchangers. Many already work this way, especially if they are international projects. And no brainwashing with restrictions, all sorts of KYC, etc.

Open an account with 2 cards. One is replenished, the other is withdrawn. If the amounts are not excessive, it works with any bank.

If you work in the black, then what six percent are we talking about for Yandex money? In a black worker, tell about five wallets and banks of loot
