What does "Your submission does not meet our minimum technical quality requirements" mean when a theme is rejected on themeforest?
What does "Your submission does not meet our minimum quality requirements" mean when a theme is rejected on themeforest? Can they pick on my css or html? Or does it just not work well in some browsers? Maybe I didn't compress the pictures enough? Where should I look?

It's just that your theme is worse than thousands of other themes, it does not correspond to the general level of work. Maybe the design is too simple, non-unique or obsolete. There are no psychics here, if you want to know what is wrong, then show your topic.
The quality standards of TF are high and constantly rising, most likely you are not keeping up with them.
