What does today's IP use to store customer contacts?

Hello.

I am busy writing an application, one of the functions of which is to store customer data (first name, last name, phone number and email).

I also know that most of today's small businesses keep their customer data on paper, so they'll have to manually transfer it into the program anyway.

However, some people use Outlook 7 or 10, and from there, as far as I know, you can import in csv format.

Q: What other applications do you think our entrepreneurs use to store customer data?

Kontact (part of the application package from the standard KDE distribution). I'm not an individual entrepreneur, but I store it there =).
Your program without killer features or government connections. organs (so that it is forcibly imposed on everyone) will not be successful. But for practice it will be useful to write. Judging by the scale of the project, you, like me, are a beginner programmer =).

Highrise by 37signals, in my opinion, is designed to store customer data and correspond with them. Handy thing
