What does this option do?

I have an unlicensed Windows 7 on my laptop. Once I "activated" it through the program. After that, the OS stopped turning on after the BIOS.
Then I discovered that from the factory I have GRUB4DOS, entering which by pressing Esc at the right moment of loading, I got into the menu loader.jpg. From this menu, it turned out to be possible to turn on 7k if I clicked the "Windows without loader" option. Since then, when exiting hibernation or starting after a complete shutdown, I need to go into this menu and press this option.
The rest of the time everything works properly, even 7 is updated.
I would like to know: what does this option do?

this is part of the activation of pirated windows by replacing the necessary information in the bootloader.
To restore the desired initial state, you need to reinstall the activator that you used earlier.
But if you want to figure it out, google and read about slic activators like "Windows 7 Loader eXtreme Edition"
