What does this error mean in PyCharm?

Can you please tell me what this error means? I suspect that I made a mistake somewhere in the hotkey settings, because I dug around there recently.

Here is the error:
R Interpreter Failure
Unable to use '' as an R interpreter. Specify path to a viable executable

No, most likely you have a plugin for R installed. It has nothing to do with Python.
File - Settings - Plugins - Installed and remove if there is "R Language Support plugin"
