What does the turbo sata3/usb3.0 BIOS setting mean?
Help me to understand!
Given:
Motherboard GIGABYTE GA-P55A-UD4 rev. 2.0 Bios version F6
HDD
GTX 750TI
Windows 7
Want:
Switch to SSD - already purchased.
To do this, as I understand it, I have to move windows 7 to the SSD, along the way changing the setting in the BIOS PCH SATA Control Mode from the IDE value to the AHCI value - Is this item correct?
Setting SATA Port0-3 Native Mode Make it Enabled?
And the highlight of the question is the Tubo SATA3 / USB3.0 setting.
I opened the manual for the mainland (I attach all the screenshots) and did not figure it out. What value should I set and how everything will work in the end. Can a sata3 video card and usb work together at full power ... In general, help me figure it out. Thank you all in advance.
I will add that now in the system there are two HDDs out of this I want to make ssd - for the system and hdd for the photo dump /
And advise again - is it worth updating the BIOS ??? I have version f6 and the last one is already f15 !!
