What does the error mean when installing SourceTreeSetup?

Trying to install SourceTreeSetup_1.6.21 on Windows 7 from here . When installing, an error pops up:

What is the reason for this, how to treat it? Or where can I find the previous version?

I don’t know what the error is, but the old version can only be downloaded via a direct link, apparently.

You can change the version in the URL and download another one.
