How to organize a version control system for CMS 1C-Bitrix?

Hello. Actually a subject. Interested as ready-made solutions (maybe there are even separate services already). You need something quick and simple (like github) so that the use of the system does not cause difficulties for both developers and other employees (SEO, content, etc.). Previously, I made a similar solution based on github, but everything came out pretty crutch. Maybe someone knows how to organize the process more competently.
Of the ready-made solutions, I have found so far only - marketplace.1c-bitrix.ru/solutions/karudo.vcs . Of course, quite a convenient module, but sometimes you need more features + speed.
