What does the error "Apps cannot contain browser elements" mean?

I wrote an application for the browser that takes the HTML code of the page and sends it to the desired URL. I get an error when uploading to Google Chrome Market.
Issues to be fixed:
Applications cannot contain browser elements.
A quick googling for the type of error yielded no results. Can you suggest where to read about it?

I can assume that the matter is in the set of parameters in the manifest. Specify (or decide for yourself) that you have an application or extension. And then review the manifest file for both extension-specific settings and application-specific settings. And fix it. At a minimum, review the permissions.

The easiest way is to attach the manifest in full to the question - perhaps it will become clearer.
