What does the computer lack for normal video rendering?

Good afternoon, I'm not very good at computer configurations. Guru tell me please, what is missing from the PC for normal work in Premiere Pro?
Processor - Intel Core i5-4690K
Video card - Nvidia geforce gtx 970 4GB
RAM - 2x8gb Kingston HyperX
Hard drive - Samsung SSD 1tb 86Q QVO

I would like to improve the computer, but I don't know what to improve, video card, processor or all together. Tell me please :)
