What does such multiplicities (coordinality) of the connection mean?

1 : 1 is clear here, one record from the left table is used in one record of the right table
1 : 0… ∞ is also clear, one record from the left table is used one or more times or not used at all.

And such a multiplicity is 1 : 1… ∞ ?

Further, I did not find a single explanation with examples. Didn't understand.
0… 1: 0… 1 (no more than one to no more than one)
Is it read together or can it be understood separately: zero records from the left table corresponds to 1 record in the right one (nonsense)? I don't understand, an example is needed.
0… ∞ : 0… ∞
0… 1 : 0… ∞
0… ∞ : 0… 1
0… ∞ : 1
