What does pause on caught exceptions do?

As I understand it, the pause on exceptions button allows you to stop code execution before an error line appears in the console.
And... maybe I still don't see the convenience, but in my opinion, when an error is displayed in the console - it's also pretty good - the line where this error was made is visible there, you can go in and see. Moreover, the code is not executed in any way after an error, stop it or not.

But if something is more or less clear with this tool ( pause on exceptions ), then what pause on caught exceptions does ("pause with exceptions handled", if translated) is not clear at all. What are these handled exceptions?
