What does Gulp complain about when running a template?

Already asked a question. They advised npm i, npm start, but the problem did not even think to go away. Comrades, help me out.

On the first screenshot , I installed all the modules, on the second I launch the project and again...
enter commands. This is some nonsense. Is it possible to reinstall the system?

node needs to be updated.

import in js ... you probably don't need babel. import is after all require in ES6
