What does contract type mean in iTunes Connect?

On the iTunes Connect site, in the "Agreements, Tax, and Banking" section, I have iOS Free Applications in the Contract Type column - what does this mean? That I can only distribute free apps? bf23d15930fb4aba8fb706f119e3ff01.jpg
Currently under consideration for publication in the App Store, I have a paid application. Perhaps someone has the same type of contract, but you can still sell applications.

There are two types of contract: Free, Paid. Based on the names free - for applications without monetization, paid - for applications with monetization. When making a paid contract, bank data is indicated for withdrawing money.
