What does bounce rate mean for a landing page?

If the bounce rate means what percentage of users left without going deeper into the site, how can this indicator be present on the landing page at all and how is it formed and what does it mean?

if there are events on the input of the soap and on the subsequent processing of the soap link, failures will not be 100%
, you can still load virtual pages in the background after, for example, 15 seconds,
but otherwise - as they are, failures = "leaving the site", GA does not know Is this a landing page or something else?

This is the percentage of site visitors out of the total number of visitors who landed on the landing page and then left the site within 1-15 seconds.
For example:
If the site was visited by 1000 people per day and 700 of them left the site after 1-15 seconds, then the bounce rate will be 70%.
The higher the bounce rate for the site, the worse it is for promotion, and this directly indicates that the site is of little interest and did not respond to the user's request.
