What does attribute 197 mean?

197, what does this attribute mean on SSD drives? There is no need to talk about the fact that this number of unstable sectors, I need to understand why these sectors can appear on an SSD disk?

I need to understand why sector data can appear on an SSD disk?
For the same reason as on the HDD.
What exactly is the difference?
You just need to understand what an unstable sector is -
The minimum disk area for reading - contains data, a hash and a correction code.
When reading a sector, the read data is hashed and checked against the read hash, if the hash does not match, a read failure is logged and an attempt is made to recover the data with a correction code.
The read actually fails and increments the 197 attribute.
This does not depend on the type of disk at all - what is hdd, what is ssd - everything is exactly the same.
By the state of this attribute alone, nothing can be said about the state of the disk. It is necessary to look at once a complex of attributes.

At the heart of the SSD is Flash memory, which has a limited write resource.
