It is clear that you can tear out the controls, but in general I don’t understand why the bootstrap is here. There is no adaptability, the grid as such in 96 columns is rebuilt, but it seems to me that this is also not an option. =)
In general, can anyone tell me what this can mean and how best to do it to satisfy a potential employer?

they wrote to you in black and white - make approximately the same page (visually similar) on the bootstrap. In addition to bootstrap, it is forbidden to use something ready-made.
Forward and with a song. To discourage you from the thought of peeping and pulling out, I suggest you take a screenshot of the page and focus on it.
If you are not able to assemble such a page on the bootstrap, then you failed the test task.
