What does a website development and promotion project look like?
I decided to try myself in the role of such a project manager. That is, to take a full range of services for creating and maintaining a website, to do something yourself, to outsource something. For good, we need a project that would explain to the client what exactly we will do. But it is not clear what and in what order to include in this project.
I would be grateful for links and examples, some general structure, and just tips for a beginner.

1. Brief
2. Architecture design + TCH
3. Contract and start of work on it
4. Design (+ front-end)
5. Code (+ back-end)
6. Acceptance tests
7. Closing of the contract.
I recommend outsourcing all the technical part - design, programming.
Advertise, search for clients and communicate with them - only by yourself! Otherwise they will take you away. IT people are very smart people
