In mailing lists there is always the risk of being hit by one of the many spam filters like " Spamhouse ". Using a dedicated IP address, you get the opportunity to control whether it gets into spam filters (check and exclude), and you also get a guarantee that no one else will mess it up.
For example, using a shared IP address with hosting, you can get into the spam filter due to spam mailings from other participants.

To stand out from the crowd, of course;)
Here we are sitting at the same hosting provider and sending mail from the same IP. Except you have an honest excavator trading site, and I have a spammy one-page ad promoting "women's orgasm enhancer" that I sent out a couple of fucking emails (and then got banned by the hoster).
What do you think the site that receives mail and checks it against spam (which has already caught my letter) will decide?

A dedicated IP address means that only your emails will be sent from it. This helps to protect against being blacklisted by senders who can send spam in parallel with your mailings if you have one IP address. With such an address, you can fully control the deliverability of letters and getting into spam. The main thing is to follow the rules of email mailings yourself (do not send letters to other people's databases, to users who did not consent to the subscription), since with a dedicated IP address you yourself affect your reputation as a sender.
