1. Own the instrument.
Figma for interfaces, Photoshop to crop and retouch the picture. Do not draw any projects in Photoshop. For no one to tell you.
Now there are a lot of tutorials on Figma. Open YouTube and watch. In a couple of hours, master 90% of the necessary tools.
2. Understand how the web works. What is html / css, how to make a live product out of an image, how the server part works.
3. You don't need to look for experience in projects. Just imagine a fictitious client selling scooters and make a website for him. Then another client - an air conditioner installer, and again you make a website for him. Then more and more. In a month, you will have a portfolio with which you can look for a job as a jun.
4. During breaks, read everything you can get your hands on. Cooper, Tufti, Gorbunov's advice. Do not fall asleep in the process only.
5. At the same time, you look at other people's work on the behance and dribble, adding all the interesting graphic and interface techniques in your head.
