The server serving the buskon24.ru domain expects that you must pass authorization to send letters from the same domain, it offered you this opportunity: 250-AUTH PLAIN LOGIN
You missed it, and the server settings do not allow anonymous users to send letters from this domain.
Now, if you swap the sender and recipient, then there are chances that the server will accept the mail.
