What does 4B mean on the Sony Xperia Tablet Z2 display?

The screen on the Sony Xperia Tablet Z2 tablet crashed, I ordered a new display, and noticed that on the back of the display (on an aluminum surface) there was a sticker with the inscription: "4B", a new display came, and there was a sticker on the back: "3B", I wanted I would like to know what is the difference between "4B" and "3B", and also I noticed that there are "4C", "5B", etc.?
