What documents are needed to authorize the use of musical compositions in the game?

Good afternoon!
1. Are there ready documents for permission to use musical compositions in software and video games?
2. Do I need to certify them somehow?
3. Who must sign the permission agreement (Author, Group Manager)?
4. How much does it cost to prepare such papers?

I'll add a comment:
1. Are there ready documents for permission to use musical compositions in software and video games?
>> In order to use someone else's music in your software, you need to license that music from their copyright holders. Therefore, you need a license agreement, which will need to be drawn up, agreed with the copyright holder and signed with him.
2. Do I need to certify them somehow?
>> No. Such an agreement does not need to be notarized or registered in any special register.
3. Who must sign the permission agreement (Author, Group Manager)?
>> Copyright holder. If the author of a musical work has not transferred his exclusive and related rights to a musical work to anyone, then he is the copyright holder, => you must sign with him. If he transferred the rights to another copyright holder (for example, a label), then you must sign with such a new copyright holder.
4. How much does it cost to prepare such papers?
>> If you use any of the legal document template services, please see the pricing for that service. If you involve a lawyer - by agreement with him. There is no single price.

If the question is only about the use in the product, then a contract is sufficient, where the rights of use are prescribed. Those. someone (music creator, music copyright holder) enters into an agreement with you, which allows you to use his musical work in your product with prescribed conditions. This is how the delegation of responsibility happens, i.e. once the contract is concluded, your responsibility for the music is transferred to the owner of the music.
If the issue of branding, selling as a piece of music, etc. is being considered in more complex situations, then notarized documents may be needed.
