The client, be it a) a private person or b) a legal entity. a freelancer pays for some kind of

software development service through my Stripe. My company is not in the Russian Federation, and I am not in the Russian Federation.

What papers will be needed so that all this is correct and according to the law for me at least when it will be necessary to report income, pay taxes, etc.?

Do you need a contract? Or what?

Or can I then generate only an invoice for him and that's it, will that be enough?
