What documentation tools are available?

We have a telegram bot that works with one service via API and even expands the capabilities of the service. The bot has grown, has many commands and parameters to them. Now the documentation on commands can be obtained with the /help command in the telegram bot chat itself. I would like to do more online documentation. I like documentation like https://vuejs.org/v2/guide/ or underscore.js
So, are there ready-made systems with a basic template for deploying such documentation from the examples?
