Actually, is this laptop suitable for working comfortably in After Effects? (Mostly, motion design)
Do not offer desktops because mobility is needed.

If the render will be on it, then it is better to immediately take care of at least 16Gb of RAM.
Make sure your video card is CUDA capable. And of course the hard drive needs to be replaced. 5400 rpm will certainly run quieter, but for your needs it will be extremely slow. Take at least 7200 rpm
As a result - either modify this base by replacing / purchasing additional components (if you like it otherwise) or look for another option that suits the parameters.
