Given that the question is in the Arduino section, to study microcontrollers (it's not really electronics, it's digital technology), it's better to start with a children's kit with an Arduino board, there are all the necessary details and a book with detailed instructions on how to do everything.
Digital technology is generally simpler than electronics in general.
